Eichler Tools, LLC is headquartered in Shelbyville (aka Shovelville) TN., We operate our sales and marketing out of Rising Star Ranch (Google Maps : https://goo.gl/maps/eP3Zv7UoSy82 and online at www.attherisingstar.com) which is the largest Walking Horse breeding operation in the world, located in the heart of Tennessee Walking Horse territory.

We're a small family owned business formally established in 2017.  Our company is focused on inventing or re-engineering products that overcome everyday challenges, with a goal of simplifying life.  

Our primary warehouse and distribution center is located in Felicity, OH (east of Cincinnati), with Retail sales located in Shelbyville, TN at Rising Star Ranch and The Stone Depot, a local landscaping company. 

We also operate a wood working shop (RSR Woodworks), taking rough sawn lumber to finished high grade furniture.

With a foundation of 35 years in the Financial Services sector of the economy, Mark Eichler, as President of Eichler Tools, LLC, is a leader of change and innovation.  His creative thinking and drive for best-in-class streamlined processes led to an "Outstanding Performance" award while at Household International.

While at Wells Fargo. Mark reported directly to the Vice Chairperson, leading over 1,500 employees in five locations responsible for all back office Consumer Bank functions, Mark and his team were responsible for the integration of Interstate Bank and Wells Fargo Bank back office processes.  During the integration his team reduced operating expenses by 25%, improved loan fulfillment timeliness and product quality, while improving customer satisfaction in all areas of operations.  Mark has taken the competencies honed in the financial services industry to Eichler Tools.

At Eichler Tools we've  developed a process to take an idea from Concept through Design, Prototype, Patent, Production, resulting in a successful Product Launch with retail and online Sales and Marketing. 

Daily challenges encountered are viewed as an opportunity and not a hardship to overcome using creative approaches to the situation. This approach is applied to any daily “hurdle” no matter the situation/problem/product/industry.

The Eichler family is made up of Doctors in Medicine, Law, and Psychology, and many family members involved in a wide variety of industries including the Health Care industry.  These experiences lead to great insight into daily challenges we all face. 

As a family, we are offspring of two "Type A" personalities who achieved significant accomplishments.  Our father (Fritz) is a highly decorated fighter pilot - awarded the Silver Star for valor in combat as a Forward Air Commander in Vietnam, Our mother (Mary) was a "Charge Nurse" in a major hospital in the Washington D.C. area.  Both taught us to be honorable and forthright in all of our undertakings.  We are a family that places love of God and submission to His Will above all else. 

These traits are the foundation of Eichler Tools, and drive our unwavering commitment to always doing the right thing.  We only sell solidly designed and built products, and stand behind the quality of every product, staying true to our principles.
